With 25+ years in HR leadership and business strategy, I now help individuals and families protect what matters most through auto, home, life and business insurance solutions. As the owner of Capital Insurance Group, I bring a people-first approach rooted in decades of experience managing teams, building trust, and driving results.

Mrs. Pamela Woodard

Mrs. Pamela Woodard is a dedicated educator, librarian, and community leader whose life’s work centers on service, leadership, and faith. She currently serves as the librarian at Simpson Central School (SCS), where she supports students from kindergarten through eighth grade. In addition to her role in the library, Mrs. Woodard is actively involved in school life as coach of the SCS Tigerette’s Dance Team and adviser for the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), a position she has faithfully held for more than 13 years, including eight years at the Simpson County Technical Center.

Mrs. Woodard holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and has earned the designation of Master Teacher of Economics. Beyond education, she works as a customer service representative with Capital Insurance Group LLC.

Her influence extends well beyond the classroom. A devoted wife to Deacon Christopher Woodard and loving mother and guardian to five children—Chloe, Parker, Connor, Raegan, and Cameran—she models service, excellence, and commitment at home, in her church, and throughout her community.

Known for her servant leadership, Mrs. Woodard strives to inspire every student and individual she encounters to “Believe, Achieve, and Succeed—Every Day.” Whether in the library, in the church, or in the community, she embodies the qualities of a role model, mentor, and faithful servant of God.
